Ron Sanders is co‑founder and Managing Partner of ONE Advisory Partners, a Virtual Family Office dedicated to helping busy professionals preserve their most valuable asset: time. With over 34 years in investment management, Ron began his career as an equity analyst at American Century Investments before advising corporate retirement clients at DeMarche Associates. He served as Logistics Officer and acting Fleet Transportation Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve at the European Command in London.
A graduate in Economics from Central Missouri State University, he earned his MBA in Finance from Rockhurst University. Ron specializes in estate planning, life planning, investment management, retirement readiness, and tax strategies. His disciplined, analytical approach helps clients clarify their trajectory, optimize retirement benefits, and align all financial pieces into a cohesive plan.
